Our products and systems are specified by leading architects, engineers, interior designers and lighting consultants, and sold through retail channels, electrical wholesalers, A/V integrators, A/V distributors and lighting showrooms. Lutron manufactures its products in six locations worldwide. The primary purpose of this position is to develop business and lead a sales and market plan for energy savings projects. This position will primarily serve commercial, residential and governmental markets. Vertical market experience selling into any of these markets is applicable.
Responsibilities	This position would be responsible for the following: - developing sales & marketing plan for energy solution business in Asia - work with all specification, distribution and project sales teams to develop business in the green sustainable market - meet budgeted sales and profit goals - define new potential channels to market in Asia - develop and maintain relationships with the influencers within this market such as agencies, government and utilities.
Qualifications	The right candidate will have a 4 year degree (MBA is a plus), should have an understanding of the energy market or BMS field, 5+ years of experience and foreign language experience is a plus. Ideal candidates will have established relationships with designers, architects, property managers and facilities managers. A technical background and electro/mechanical understanding is favorable.
